They aren't heavy on my ear at all. Super comfortable. I've been wearing them everyday. I'm usually allergic to metal in my ear, but these haven't caused any reactions!

The clips are good, but you need to adjust the shape a bit to wear them properly. The material is flexible; I bent it slightly at the back and it's quite easy to put on (just be careful, as it can easily break). But it's only suitable for photoshoots and the like, because I don't like how the clip sticks out at the back (visible in the photo), but I think it's quite possible to fix that (if you have the skills and DIY ability).
