How to Track Your Order

To track your order, enter the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Once your tracking number is entered, you can view the latest available shipping updates and delivery status.

If your order has recently been shipped, please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available or update in the carrier's system. Tracking updates may take additional time depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?

Your tracking number is usually included in your shipping confirmation email after your order has been dispatched. Please check your inbox and spam or junk folder if you cannot find the email.

If you have received a shipping confirmation but your tracking information is not yet showing, wait 24–48 hours and try again.

Track Order Status

Order tracking information may include updates such as shipment confirmation, package in transit, arrival at a sorting facility, out for delivery, and delivered. Updates depend on the shipping carrier handling your package.

If your tracking information has not changed for several days, please allow additional time for the carrier to update its system.
